We’re hiring a (remote-based) Heroic Service Team associate—if you said YES(!) to the above, we’d love to learn more about you!
Some of what you will do:
- Support our Heroic members by responding to requests via any of our existing email, chat, phone, text or future support channels
- Demonstrate how to show up to all obstacles with Soul Force
- Identify member issues and themes based on requests, and work with internal teams and partners to resolve them

- Experience with customer support and working in and with customer support systems
